Don't worry, Aevann can just roll the repo back to the "fgsdgf" commit and it'll probably be fixed. If that doesn't work maybe go all the way back to the last "sneed" commit.
The nice thing though is that the time from a commit to the deployment is literally a couple of minutes, maybe less, because it's all automated and that's how long the... the CI tests... the tests that we surely have in the CI pipeline... that they take to run, that's why it's so fast! Very fast and good tests, many of them!

Random unrelated suggestion: add a missing persons leaderboard that shows inactive users (accounts with many comments) who haven't posted in months.
That would be pretty depressing. Right now we sort of avoid noticing that all social media are literally giant graveyards where the dead way outnumber the living by having the dead being quiet and having our attention focused only on the people who are still alive and say things.

HTML. IIRC the standard mandates coalescing all whitespace (except maybe nbsp etc) into a single whitespace and that single newlines are considered whitespace.
That in turn probably historically originates from pre-WWW times and people writing emails using text editors that inserted line-wrapping newlines and then other people wanting to read such emails using different line wrapping length settings.
Though I want to point out that this is a tangent, the above quirk of rdrama markdown parser (not present in reddit's) is weird af precisely because it reverses this rule.
edit: I checked and this is half wrong, HTML mandates collapsing all newlines and using <br/> or <p> for maintaining paragraph separation. So yeah, @Q is right in that markdown is at least the closest source of that convention. Idk if I can re-ping @yall1024 like this lol.
