Discussed internally some. It's a clever idea, but it unfortunately sounds ripe for abuse. While I fully expect you would use it responsibly, there are lots of hole jannies, and it feels like the sort of thing we'd get pinged about issues with a lot.

Yeah :( Proposed solution is to comment on the thread and ask OP to move it. As much as it might be a PIA, having OP control it is probably the best way to avoid conflicts or abuse.
