Added an Inline Emoji Picker with keybinds

Tomorrow I will:

• Support emoji prepends such as # and !

• Autoscroll with arrow keys

• Allow backtick keybind on an emoji to automagically make it a patting emoji

• Looks like it still has a bug or two in there

Bug reports!

1. Using down to navigate the picker doesn't scroll it to always show current selection, it just disappears in the depths below.

2. Markdown preview isn't updated after making a selection.

3. You probably should add an ❌to close the thing. Yeah sure it's beautiful and useful and nobody should ever want to close it, but realizing that I can't close it produces a similar feeling to kneeling to take something and trying to stand up and hitting my head on an open cupboard door, if you know what I mean.

I still really want marsey sticks for imessage and such.

This right here is a prime example of what I call "former gifted kid humor." People who read this and know the author irl would be utterly taken aback, like "huh...but they're not funny in real life...they're actually really quiet and judgmental seeming..." Think Kate McKenon (sp) or Dat Phan (the controversial try-hard comedian who alienated and meditated his way to a bizarre Last Comic Standing victory that one season). Not funny, just spent a lot of time on it. "Who, me? No, I'm not funny, just tried really, really hard like an elf staying up all night to steal time with a thesaurus at bedside throwing shit at the wall to find the magic combo that feels the most random...Ford Raptor...PERFECT!" Most late night writers in same boat.
