I mean... That is how a fundraiser is supposed to work.
Obviously he's trying to scam his r-slurred followers yet again
But on paper, that's how it works; you get people with money and tell them "for each x you give me y bucks"
Obviously the main problem here is that all his followers are teens, broke, lazy, greedy, larping, or a combination of those.
