The circle is labeled wrong (circumference as r) and she's trying to find the square root of a non-square number.
I think this might have all been a stacking of math jokes rather than mistakes. It just makes her look stupid when she's supposed to be the brainiac of the group.

You can still estimate the square root of of a non-square number, it’s just that the actual square root of non-squares are irrational numbers like pi.
The circumference being labeled r is straight up failing at 3rd grade math.
