Unable to load image

My little brother just found out yesterday an old friend of his and former roommate sadly died of an accidental fentanyl overdose. He only had one good picture of them together and asked for my help to use photoshop/AI to try and upscale and clean it up (namely to remove them holding booze haha) so that he could bring it as a memento along with some other stuff to the upcoming service. Sob story or no, I am happy with the result, still waiting for his response. :)
