How was church on Sunday?
I was hungover from a wedding last night and almost didn’t make it. I was going to be lazy and just watch the livestream but I took some ibuprofen and pounded some water and went to the later service.
I was so glad I did. Talked to a guy I used to play on the worship team with, saw my friend and his new baby boy and they were having a bake sale to send the kids to camp. The associate pastor preached on Acts 26 and how to share our testimony. Great service overall
1. Disrespect towards God and the Church is not allowed here.
2. We honor the dignity of life from the womb to the tomb.
3. Debate about Scripture, tradition, politics, etc. are allowed when they do not directly contradict rule 1 (controversial history is an open topic when people are respectful).
4. Trolling, coomerisms, and poorly attempted humor may receive the mop at the discretion of those in charge.
5. Pray for your family, pray for your community, pray for your nation, and pray for rDrama.net. We need it! Prayer works!

it was fine, I left after sacrament & drove down to another ward just to see the congregation and left before the meeting even started. I just don't think I belong there

Most likely no one will notice, you really only interact with people before and after service and during the "greeting time", which I hate, but even that is just "hi, how's it going"

Church was good. First time doing Extraordinary Minister. Not sure I'll ever get used to putting the host on the tongue. Otherwise its a really cool experience, would recommend.

Same as usual. The homily was nice and there were two babies in front of me who were laughing throughout which was funny.
