Yea. Except now every business owner, each city and each state have to explicitly go out of their way to ban consumption.

You can't smoke at any train stations.

Just about every resturant has it banned and each city has created maps showing residents where it's banned (just about everywhere).

Usually Krauts are better at creating regulations before they enact policies, but they're slipping and taking over the American way of "just enact these policies and let everyone deal with the fallout".

Clusterfrick.

You don't have a restaurant. Lying on the internet for attention is insanely sad. Required signage already exists so eat my entire butthole r-slur.

Germany is more obsessed with signage and rules than anywhere else. It's the most litigious country on earth. And no you don't bardfinn.

obsessed with signage

Your confusing ignorance with knowledge again bb.

They do not obsess with signage, they obsess with stamps, papers and bureaucracy.

I really don't care if you believe me or not, it's not like you're going to ever be able to afford to come here and see.

I kick out loud and fat Americans anyway.

Does anyone comply with those prohibitions? In UK it's illegal but pretty much every :marseyairquotes: low income neighbourhood:!marseyairquotes: I've ever been to smells like weed 24/7. I know krauts like laws, but somehow I don't think that the demographics which go for weed will care about local bans that much

They're legal restrictions.

So just like any other legal restriction you'll face whatever penalties for breaking them.

In my area it's 50-500 Euro for smoking in a no-weed zone unless you're around minors in which case it's up to 1000 Euro.

The rule with minors also applies within your own home :)

Weed has already been basically a non-issue in most states (and in particular the big cities that most tourists go to), with the biggest exception being Bavaria. They love going after nonviolent weed "crimes" here. It's actually so bad that dealers (at least in my experience) will only sell to friends. Yeah, you might find an African schizo selling weed in a park, but the cops actually do honeypot bullshit as well, so that's taking a risk :marseyflushzoom:

Where I live, even though weed is "legal," cops are trying to pressure people into revealing who sold them the weed, because there is still no way to legally obtain it (other than growing yourself, but this year's harvest wouldn't come until late this year/early next year).

It's totally fricked :marseysad:

All druggies should be executed in the streets. The only way people should get high is from the love of Christ, and optionally alcohol, ketamine, xanax, and occasionally morphine.

Marijuana is legal in several countries, including Canada, Germany, Mexico, South Africa and Thailand.

Mexico has decriminalized weed but it is not legal. 95% of the time you'll be fine paying off cops but it's not actually legal.

In 2018, the Supreme Court of Mexico declared that the prohibition of cannabis was unconstitutional, as it interfered with some constitutionally guaranteed human rights. A side effect of this ruling was that the Congress of Mexico was required to enact laws legalizing the use of cannabis within 90 days of that 2018 ruling. The Congress of Mexico failed to do that, and they have been given extensions ever since.

There are many more historical details, but the upshot is that the Supreme Court became frustrated with Congress' lack of action, and issued that decriminalization edict in 2021. Technically, it is no longer a criminal act to possess up to 5 grams of marijuana.

...

No Mexican laws exist that legalize the possession or use of marijuana for recreational purposes. In some areas in Mexico, cannabis can be purchased for medical purposes, but you need a doctor's prescription to do this.

And while marijuana has been decriminalized, many jurisdictions in Mexico don't recognize that decriminalization and continue to arrest and punish people who are caught with marijuana. And entering Mexico from a foreign country with any amount of cannabis is illegal and punishable everywhere in Mexico.

...

Add in rampant reports of police extortion—officers taking a payoff to let people go with their weed—and tourists visiting Mexico would be wise to avoid buying or consuming recreational marijuana until returning to a destination in the U.S. where it is legal.

I literally for the life of me don't understand why people find breasts to be fun to look at, they genuinely grosses me out whenever i see a picture of one. I weirdly wish I was as horny for them as other dudes because I feel like I'm missing out on a key feeling in my life. Boobs are hyped up to be the gods ruling this world, the item that wars seem to be fought for, but I don't seem to be able to understand their true power. It's a curse.

I pray that one day, the lord himself will bless me with the ability to go AOOGA and c*m at the speed of light when faced with some fatmilkers, but for now, I'm extremely indifferent and a little grossed out.
