hey aevann i'm thinking about watching some youtube history docs and I know you watch a ton of them

what are the best ones in terms of technical accuracy/quality? the reason I've always shied away from them is that some Ken Burns doc feels much more "authentic" and less likely to straight up deceive the viewer than a YTuber doing it for clicks.

I think history of technology is really cool (like how we developed progressively better ways of smelting metals, but obviously "technology" is much more broad than "metallurgy"), so is trying to figure out what day-to-day life was actually like for people many hundreds/thousands of years ago.
