Why would you hire a doctor
for a management position?. The biggest healthcare conglomorate in the world, UHC, doesnt hire doctors as their CEO for a reason. Doctors are notorious for giving patients unnecessary care and overchargin people. Having one run the health dept would be like having a fox run the henhouse.
