So they can do two different things with neodicks nerve wise. They can do a clitoral burying where they skin the clitoris and put the neopeen over it so that the clit sits at the very base of the neopeen, aesthetically thinks the preferred choice, or they can leave the clit out underneath the neopeen. I've not seen the latter done a ton and it seems a far less popular option, but I've seen at least one doke that way. Lots of ftm complain about lack of sensation from the clit after it's buried and have a lot of sexual frustration from it.

As.flr.normal sensation I believe they do generally have that in the neopeen. But it won't feel like your peepee, if feels more like touching an arm or a leg and not that mass of sensitivity.
