The last manifesto would have been last election in 2019. Well after the Brexit was voted on. The main suggestion the Vote Leave campaign (the closest thing to official Yes vote campaigners) made was an Immigration Control Bill which would have ended the automatic access of EU citizens to the UK. Anything else was campaign sloganeering not actual proposals.

I wasn't on their side at the time, but it's not really an 'own' that EU-biased trade deals gave them a rough time post-Brexit. Part of Euroskepticism is debonking the idea that the EU is some neutral agreement, and is rather an ideological state actor that despises its own constituent states.
