for the record I'm down legitimately 20lbs my peak was down 25lbs. goal would be down 35lbs so I really don't have much to go.

Yup that’s what I keep explaining to my friends. CICO with a calorie tracking app is all I’ve done with some moderate exercise (I’m always on my feet at work so exercise wasn’t lacking).
