I’ve considered intermittent fasting but I have a tendency to binge once I get extremely hungry. Usually I can skip breakfast on my lazy days off though.

Biggest issue is I get lightheaded and sweaty if I don’t eat for too long. I really need to consult a Dr. about some stuff but I’m in between insurance providers.

I got that too, but am taking certain supplements to help relieve that (lemon water, electrolyte complex tablets - which is just pottasium, chloride, calcium, magnesium and sodium), and other liquid multi-vit solutions / effervescent drinks. And that helps a lot!

ye neighbor get ur electrolytes in or fasting ain’t gonna work. I did a 5 day fast a coupla weeks ago n without my homemade drank ida died (fainted or not finished the fast)

check intermintantfasting or the keto subs for electrolyte recipes. Do NOT frick with the proproportions or drink it too fast bc u gonna frick with ur heart. The longer u go without food the less hungry u gonna be imo but that’s me tbf

p much u need salt in ur body bb easy peasy but also magnesium super important n b12 n vit c imo plus sugars if u gonna do any physical exercises but I don’t exercise besides walking n planking when I fast
