It's probably a combination of not being able to reach the spots to clean well even if they shower, the thighs being a horrible sweat swamp that no doubt being near the groin and butt (fat people shit and fart more too) is a bacteria haven, being obese puts your body (especially your skin) in a constant state of inflammation so you really will have bad skin - more issues, and on top of all that a greasy unhealthy diet will increase sebum and oil and stuff (more bad skin - clogged pores, acne, worse.)
The skin problem they have is real, but it's from being fat.
Yeah, see my above comment. Being fat causes like 20,000 other problems. But it's from being fat, not an unrelated random genetic issue.
And I forgot vitamin D and sun stuff. Sun is good for your skin - not a ton, but sun is still good. Fats are less likely to get sunlight for sedentary and heat reasons.

A lot of fatties in the reply claiming they have skin problems and their dead skin sticks to the potty seat. But that doesn’t really seem possible?

How much you want to bet that the "skin problem" that results in them leaving dead skin residue everywhere is a result of not showering.

Do skin problems even correlate with fats? I'm not an expert but I'm pretty sure people don't start shedding skin like a snake once they hit 400lbs.

Might just be the general "body killing itself" thing that happens in obese people
