I see older guys in the trades with this kind of body. They start out young doing the heavy shit, eating like shit, but it doesn't matter because you're busting your butt 10 hours a day. A few injuries later and rising up to the point where they have other guys doing the crappy jobs, they still haven't changed what they're eating. They're still on their feet all day and working, but it's not the same when you have some other guy climbing up and down the ladders. The result is the gunt.
