To be fair it is essentially impossible for some people without severely harming them. To lose weight with pcos you often have to eat as little as 800 calories and exercise (HIIT) daily, it's a nightmare. CICO works for some but for others your body will do whatever it can to stay as it is.

I looked up pcos and apparently it's caused by obesity and losing weight can cure it.
