It takes long time to see change.
For me. At first. It was quick. Hen plautou. Then it was quick. Then it plateaued again for long time. You have so much fat around your intestines and other sneaky places. You only see big results until you get rid all that.
Weight Watchers is basically just counting calories with an accountability group built in. It's impossible to fail unless you are actually unaccountable for what you eat
Like anyone whose remotely serious about fitness will tell you most diets are dumb are stupid. It literally doesn't matter for weight loss as long as it's below your metabolic rate
All diets work. They just take time. You dont gain weight in 3 months. Dont expect to lose it in 3 months. Just pick one and keep doing it for 2 years. No matter what diet you will see massive results.
