Nassim Taleb was sneeding over this a couple days ago on Twitter lol

Apparently it doesn't control for BMI, activity level or smoking status, and only asked for 2 days of IF per week by participants

So a 350 lb sedentary, pack a day smoker who tries intermittent fasting twice a week, is as useful of an indicator as me, who is 2% body fat and benches 1.4 cars for reps
