Not eating is significantly easier than eating lol, if you wanna get in shape the last thing you should do is stop eating.

If you're trying to just lose weight I'd stick with a partial fast. Basically 2 meals and very light exercise (jogging) will make sure you lose weight without the health consequences of starvation

Eating and sleeping are 2 absolute timewasters and I don't understand why would anyone want to do it. Enjoy your life people, don't waste it on vain stuff like this! I haven't slept or eaten in 183 hours and I've never felt better in my entire life
