You absolutely are a problem which needs to be solved - you cause expenses in the health care system we all participate in, you intrude in others' personal space, you break furniture which isn't yours, you compel companies and public services to implement costly accessibility measures which wouldn't otherwise need to exist, and you smell worse. This isn't just me saying it either; the entire medical system and political system views you as a problem, too.
