Moisture is what causes this problem, so you want to keep the area as clean and dry as possible. After you shower dry off with a towel, then either lay in front of a fan or use a hair dryer on the cool setting to get fully dry, then use a powder or cloth liners to keep dry. I like Caldesene medicated powder to help heal the skin, and they sell cloth liners for under your belly and in your bra on Amazon.
