It doesn't seem to work for some conditions. Current methods just don't seem to be able to properly colonize the small intestine (where the real magic happens).

My post will get into that, unfortunately it's not that easy. Poop transplants already carry risk due to our lack of knowledge, we don't want to make things worse in unpredictable ways.
