If you add PB to your shit diet, sure.
If you count your calories and macros like Rain Man then you're gonna have a good time.
Put your PB in the fridge and if you feel like ice cream then eat it with a spoon.
The point is to eat as much of this shit as you want so that you hit 20-30 grams of carbs daily, putting you in a black hole orbit for ketosis, altering your taste buds, eliminating your hunger, and then emerging around only wanting 1400 calories a day.
