Confession: I failed my 24 hour fast

I only made it to 9.5 hours. After that I got too hungry and ate 2 bananas, 400ml of juice, 01 fried potato. My weight however still got lower than yesterday. I still feel bad though. Like I should have fought harder. Maybe next time I will get to a 12 hour fast. Fingers crossed.

Alright i have some experience in fasting, and if you're serious about this theres some thing to do to make it easier.

  1. Make sure you are getting your electrolytes. Magnesium, potassium, salt, all things you still need if you arent eating and they do wonders for keeping up your energy levels. Look up a guy on youtube who gives you a recipe for something called snake juice which has all the electrolytes you need.

  2. Understand what hunger is. Hunger is merely the presence of a hormone in your stomach that your body releases when its expecting food to digest. If you eat a certain times, you will get hungry at certain times. It does not mean you are out of energy or your body is breaking down, especially if you are a lardass. Once you understand hunger, you can push through it. It will subside when your body stops expecting food and starts burning fat instead.
