if you work out and have any muscle you want to retain you should keep your protein intake high (like at least 1.6g per kg of body weight per day)

yeah, i'm familiar with that (though I've heard 1g per lbs). i was assuming theres a sort of accepted definition of what is allowed during a wet fast. i'm no snake diet or any other fasting shill viewer so I have never familiarized myself with it.
