Seriously, this story is more sad than hating on fat people. If that girl is only 13 and weighs over 200lbs she's probably been obese almost her entire life and it's completely her parents fault. Even if she manges to get down to a healthy weight when she's on her own it will be a struggle to maintain it. Her parents have fricked her body up for life.

I know of an 11 year old girl (at the tim) who was 200+ lbs. She accidentally sat on their husky puppy and killed it.

They are the ones that need to be publicly humiliated, imagine being mad at the park instead of realising it's your fault your daughter is crying cause you're an awful parent. It's not even an "overweight" BMI it's extreme obesity
