Lol this reminds me, at my old house I used to have my workshop in my basement which was soundproofed so I could cut wood and stuff even without disturbing my neighbors at night. Whenever I got to bored or too drunk on first dates I would just go for broke and ask "Hey.. wouldja like to come back to my place and see my soundproof basement?"
