Yes. You do have to replace the rubber cap once it wears out though. It's usually a few bucks for a 10-pack from amazon or wherever, and there's some japanese sperg dude that will 3D print custom ones for cheap if you have a really old or obscure model. They're mostly standardized but not completely.
