They make okay high-ish-end stuff, but everything else is awful. The amount of bloatware they preinstall is insane and I'm pretty sure you can't find standalone drivers for their printers anymore, only apps

Yes. You do have to replace the rubber cap once it wears out though. It's usually a few bucks for a 10-pack from amazon or wherever, and there's some japanese sperg dude that will 3D print custom ones for cheap if you have a really old or obscure model. They're mostly standardized but not completely.
