I've known a couple foids over the years who were quick to jump into BJs.
One was bi and into BDSM and being domme, and got off on the control she had over men and women sexually. With men, she described it as something like "holding the most sensitive and vulnerable part of their bodies not just in my hands, but also in my mouth, where I could do serious damage".
Another was het and had really poor self esteem. If she liked a dude, giving him a BJ would guarantee repeat encounters.
