did you roast the tomatoes before you souped them?

immersion blender or normal blender?

strain out then skins? or remove them prior?

cream or creme fresh? or none?!

what bread and cheese?

pan fry or toast?

Yep, lightly roasted then blended with creme. I should try creme fresh next time. No skinning or straining, roasting them softens enough for them to blend smoothly. Added a few chunks of bread to thicken it a bit.

Bread was white mountain with cheddar and swiss. Cooked on a pan with butter.
