Darn I am r-slurred and forgot attaching the photo.
Recipe:
Marinate the beef in baking soda so it is still tender when well-done, along with Cantonese Rosolio (玫瑰露). Soy sauce is optional since I don't like that too much. Do not use salt!
Cut Brussel sprouts into two halves, and then beef to strips.
Boil the Brussel sprouts in boiled water (baking soda optional) for no longer than one minute. Remove from boiling water and for later steps.
Stir-fry the beef in oil until medium well. Stickiness on the pan is normal if you don't add a huge amount of oil, but if you prefer healthier food, the wet Brussel sprouts would help.
Add sichuan pepper oil, garlic powder, and Brussel sprouts (also salt if you don't like soy sauce). Stir fry until the beef is well-done.
