Total Calories: 1200

Total Protein: 105g

Usually I have just half the protein drink, then finish it after the morning gym session :marseylifting:

Looks good, though that drink is carrying hard for protein.

Realistically the other two things just help me feel like I'm not eating slop every day.

Right now not super high, I'm usually around 2200 the way I currently eat
