What spices do you use? I like coriander seeds, mustards seeds & curry.
Then I do a joghurt dip on the side with lemon juice, salt & pepper and a bit of blanched baby spinach.
Add naan bread and good 2 go.
Hmm... and I now realize I don't bake them. What temp / duration do you use?

MSG, paprika, smoked paprika, cayenne, garlic, onion, salt, and some other stuff
Also quality olive oil
I have no idea how much I used or how long I cooked it for, but anything with olive oil should be well under the smoke point so that you get minimal oxidation. I use a convection oven at 350f to get it crispy, I think these were a bit under done but I need to get to bed
