all i have right now is cholula and crystal (which is better than i remember it being). any fancy sauces? looking to expand my repertoire of spicy mayos.

At the risk of sounding even more basic, when sriracha was out of stock I tried Tapatio, Tabasco, some other Mexican-ish brand, Crystal, Mike's Red Hot, and maybe a couple others. And I still go back to sriracha. Mostly because I'd rather have it be sweet than sour. If I want sour I can just sprinkle some vinegar.
