Made sourdough burgers for lunch last week :marseychef:

Had to use sourdough bread since 0.5 lb beef doesn't fit on a normal bun.

I would've toned down the burger to like half of the size, so as to make the other flavors (including the sourdough) more equally proportional. A sourdough smashburger, I guess.

I made it the size I did for caloric/protein purposes. I actually had to use my patty smasher to get it flat enough.

Thankfully there was a lot of everything else so it wasn't overwhelming
