Whole Foods had Hake on sale. So I put it in a foil packet with some lemon, garlic, olive oil, cherry tomato and kale. Then baked it.

I made a few teriyaki BBQ chicken sliders with overnight marinaded thighs and wheat dinner rolls. Home made sauce from pressure cooking trimmings + water+ tomato sauce + hot BBQ + soy sauce + worcestshire

Looks great. For everyone complaining about too many beans, you eat a third of the beans, two thirds of the chicken, and all of the salad. Throw it in the fridge and the next day you have beans with a little chicken for breakfast. Make some more of that salad in its own bowl though and chow down on it breakfast lunch and dinner.
