Whole Foods had Hake on sale. So I put it in a foil packet with some lemon, garlic, olive oil, cherry tomato and kale. Then baked it. :marseysrdine:

Yeah it's really good and the easiest way to cook fish. Like zero effort for great results. You can use almost any fish too

i do the same a lot except i often use shitloads of cilantro instead of kale.

i’m jealous of your meal cause i got walleye at a restaurant the other night and it was beyond butt. didn’t know one could frick up a simple white fish that bad
