Rate my first attempt at bread

I've never tried baking. Is there a flour specifically for bread?

Like he said yeah, different protein content. But honestly it hardly matters for most things, cake flour if you're doing something delicate but that's about it. I'm just a cook, but i know a couple bakers and they just use all purpose, most people won't know what's what.

Yes but you can also just use regular all purpose flour. Idk what the difference actually is, something about proteins. Theres also multiple kinds of bread flour (white, rye, etc)
