I try to remember to grab some local shit when I travel, like my favorite is the kauai juice co kiawe smoked. Its hawaiian chilis smoked and fermented on local wood with carrot for sweetness.

I really hate the trend of restaurants advertising super hot foods and then they use capsaicin extract sauces and it always fricks with my stomach.
