My favorite is red curry with pineapple and shrimp but some places make it way too sweet. I just want chunks of pineapple to interact with the spiciness, not the juice.

Panang if my second favorite cause it's just red curry with peanut.

What does it taste like?

The first time I had Thai curry, it blew my mind because it didn't taste like anything else I'd ever eaten. So you're in for a surprise if that's the case. There's nothing weird about it though, it's just a bunch of really strong spices, fish sauce, coconut milk, and lime juice.

Probably no cilantro? I have the stinkbug gene :marseysick: Doesn’t seem to have it based on the wiki.

I think drunken noodles are the front runner but my dad usually gets a curry, he might be willing to try. :marseyhmm:

I don't think they'd put cilantro on the curry. Don't order the appetizer soups though, those will probably have a bunch in there.

Thai curries tend to have cilantro roots in them, which is both very aromatic, hardy so it doesn't lose its flavor when cooked and doesn't have the soapy flavor the leaves and stems have.
