While I don’t think it’s common to make them homemade, it’s easy enough.

It’s a savory pastry of bread with pepperoni and cheese in the center. Goes great with some tomato sauce.

It allowed me to regroup and come to my senses about continuing to drive. Checked out the OKC bomb memorial, then drove up to Bartlesville and spent the day and following night in a room at Frank Lloyd Wright’s Price Tower.

At the time it was the only FLW building you could rent a room in. Likely still is. The bathrooms are a trip because they’re in the sharpest point of the triangle.
