Corned beef w/caraway cabbage and onions

Saute garlic a min, throw in a sliced onion and some caraway seeds. Cook till the onions just barely start to caramelize and throw in shredded cabbage. Cook till the cabbage wilts a bit, add a splash of cider vinegar and a little honey and cook a till its mostly wilted. Salt, pepper. Some mustard powder or just a little marjoram would probably be nice if you had them.
