Homemade gyros

I did the meat in the crockpot. Pretty disappointing to be honest it just tasted like stewed meat and the spices didn't come through.

I bought off the shelf tatziki sauce. Homemade is definitely better but I don't have time for that shit.

I'm working on my plating. Food tastes better if it's separated into groups.

Tzatziki takes like 5 minutes to DIY and what spices did u use, what cut of meat and how did u cook it?

Maybe toss it in some oil and more seasoning and chuck it in the oven at 450 real quick??

I put a beef chuck into a crockpot with onions and a bunch of spices and cooked it for 8 hours. I'd shop around for slow cooker gyro recipes online because the recipe I used was mediocre.
