I did the meat in the crockpot. Pretty disappointing to be honest it just tasted like stewed meat and the spices didn't come through.
I bought off the shelf tatziki sauce. Homemade is definitely better but I don't have time for that shit.
I'm working on my plating. Food tastes better if it's separated into groups.

Neighbor, homemade Tzatziki takes like 5 minutes to make, it’s literally put greek yogurt, lemon juice, olive oil and parsley in a bowl and mix. Looks good, but part of what gives a Gyro it’s taste is the crisp on the meat from being on the Gyro broiler, would definitely opt for using the stove for your meat next time
