Homemade gyros

I did the meat in the crockpot. Pretty disappointing to be honest it just tasted like stewed meat and the spices didn't come through.

I bought off the shelf tatziki sauce. Homemade is definitely better but I don't have time for that shit.

I'm working on my plating. Food tastes better if it's separated into groups.

For the meat I just use strips & onions and stir fry it in a pan with the herbs (savory, pepper, paprika, oregano, rosmarine, majoran and a tiny bit of nutmeg).

The greek salad is cucumber, tomato, feta (optionally olives & pickled pepperoni pepper) with olive oil, white wine vinegar, salt, pepper mixed together.

After all that fill the pita (I usually buy pitas for that) with the 3 things and enjoy.
