I accidentally poured worcestshire sauce instead of soy sauce for my sushi and I decided to try it anyways and it was very yummy and I will now always do this

Worcestershire is goated, for a sauce made out of putrid fermented fish it tastes very good. I first used it because some recipe required it for a cheese dipping sauce and since then I've fallen in love with it and consistently use it for marinades, sauces etc

Goes very well with pork imo
