Do you have an air fryer? An easy meal I do that’s high protein/lower calorie is making an omelette with cheese, cherry tomatoes, mushrooms, etc. in one of these little things
You just stick it in the air fryer; I usually do 375F for about 7-8 minutes (stop and stir it about half way through the cooking process) and it’s pretty easy to clean up as well

If the goal is just weightloss, stick to red meat and fruit. Low calories just depends on the quantity of whatever you're eating. So as long as you stay away from seedoils and super dense foods like peanutbutter.
What're you talking about. It's more dense in everything. As a result It's alot more satiating, peanut butter is rancid and processed, which has been shown to be less satiating.
It's not necessarily about the density but rather the quality. Drinking oil is not very satiating but is very dense, red meat is very satiating and very dense so you have to physically eat less which produces habits positive for weightloss.
Oven baked for everything other than the eggs. You can eat enough to make yourself sick and not gain weight. (This doesn't apply to the cheese and yogurt but theyre really good).
I find eating protein/high fat content keeps me full for a long time. I eat thin-sliced steak with a vegetable and wind up full for hours. I always find that's better than low-cal meals that don't keep you full for long.

It's oil bimbo. And a rancid one at that. They literally put deodorant on it in the production process to mask the horrible smell.

Avoid nuts - deceptively high calorie count for such small amounts
