Here, I'll clarify: It doesn't matter much for grilling whether or not you use charcoal and wood, only that you don't use propane.

I build fires in my wood stove, I don't need to build them in my grill too. Because I am not poor and I am not currently camping innawoods.

It's actually ceramic brickettes. The gas heats them to white hot, but the gas is off while the meat is cooking and the only heat is from the brickettes. :na:

Lol they came off the grill at 105F internal temp and finished to 111F because my family are degenerate rarechads. Barely 4min per side with indirect heat. Sorry you can't afford eye glasses friendo
