Actually :marseyakshually: nothing. I got a new pan a couple :marseycommielove: of weeks :marseysharksoup: ago that I specifically use for eggs and legit nothing :marseynothingburger: sticks to it.

I use All-Clad for everything else bc Im wary of using any non-stick coated cookware above ~300f.

Holy shit that's amazing. Do ceramic pans really work like that?

They die over time and they start to suck badly the second the coating has a blemish.

Funny. I used to buy a egg-only nonstick pan just for that purpose, but after missapm stole it for like the 5th time and ruined it with one high heat use cooking god knows what and not taking it off the heat, I just gave up. Now its just mountains of butter.

This is exactly why my gf has her own all clad, le creuset, and knives. Its jarring to watch :marseysalitsnowhere: how she manages to frick up cookware that’s literally :marseyme: made for professional :marseysuit: kitchen :marseyrefrigerator: abuse.

I have a Smithey 10” cast iron, people can circlejerk all they want but, for eggs, even high end, well seasoned cast iron is more finicky than a lightweight, well made non stick. Especially when you’re just trying to make something in 5 min in the morning.
